2003 Shiraz
Awarded the prestigious Blue-Gold Medal at the Sydney
International Wine Show.The Narrakine 2003 Shiraz received the top
award for over 2000 wines from 23 countries that entered.
Characterised by aromas of berry fruits combined with a spice leather
earthy background, this fruit driven wine carries flavours of mulberry
and plum. The middle palate is well integrated with fine oak tannins finishing
with a spicy taste with a hint of chocolate and liquorice.

Premium 2005 Shiraz
Upfront a fruit driven wine with flavours of plum & cherry. The middle
palate is held together by well rounded firm but fine tannins, finishing
with a spicy earth background and a hint of pepper. In the glass this
shiraz exhibits beautiful deep red and purple hues. The nose is predominantly
aromas of berry fruits and plum with a spice/pepper background.

2006 chardonnay is another of our Fine Wines to be enjoyed with Fine Friends.
vintage conditions
The 2006 vintage was very mild, resulting in grapes full of intensity,
highlighting the flavours of citrus and melon. The grapes were hand picked
from vines at Arthur River and whole bunch pressed.

Ruby -2005 Sparkling Shiraz
Dark red with a beautiful burgundy mousse, Ruby offers aromas of plum,
cherry and yeast.
Best served ice cold on a hot summers day, the palate is soft with lovely
dark stone fruit flavours. These flavours combine with the fine bubbles,
yeast complexity and oak tannins to produce a well balanced sparkling
shiraz (13.5 % alcohol).

is at home with any dish. Perfect for that special moment or even the

A very cool summer ideal for extracting the delicate flavours and acidity
required for a good sparkling base. Our Ruby sparkling shiraz was hand
picked from March 13-16, 2004 and has been sitting on lees and disgorged
as required.

Rosie - 2006 Rośe
Displaying a classic pink diamond colour, Rosie offers aromas of crushed
strawberries and peach. Benefiting from a long cool summer this is an
elegant rośe that balances delicate strawberry and peach flavours with
the acidity. Narrakine’s 2006 Rosie has a lovely, lingering, semi-dry
finish.

2006 Claire Chardonnay
Claire was made from hand-picked grapes and barrel fermented in French
oak barriques. Fresh and citrusy on the nose, Claire follows through to
creamy butter complexities on the palate. Claire is ready to be consumed
now, however will be a treat in 3 years. Indeed a fine wine to be enjoyed
with fine friends.
